Why me?

One of the things that I am fiercely devoted to is personal development. This comes with ownership over my whole-body wellness and deep embodiment with the word responsibility.

While this may seem like a daunting task…what I’ve learned mainly, is that there is no shame in this humxn experience. When we can bring FULL awareness to all that we do, we can see it for what it is (a call for love and connection), and then grow.

I have been coaching for 20 years. The first decade was purely an accident and I wasn’t paid a cent. Coaching and deep presence is written into my personality.

I am a trauma survivor, a bit of a brat, and the strongest woman I know. Which is the greatest gift I could ever give myself.

  • Coaching is an in-depth experience and relationship with someone who can create momentum in your life.

    It is a collaborative effort.

    It's about facilitating transformation by encouraging you to step out of your comfort zones, challenging limiting beliefs, and fostering a mindset geared towards continuous improvement.

    Coaching is about movement and change. It is about amplified growth and expansion.

    Coaching will take you where you want to go FAST…if you do the work.

  • Coaching is not therapy. Though a coach should be trauma informed, coaching does not delve into past traumas or psychological disorders.

    While coaching can be deeply transformative, it focuses on setting and achieving goals, improving personal and professional life, and looking forward.

    If you are dealing with unresolved past issues or mental health challenges, it is essential to seek out a licensed therapist.

    If you suspect that your challenges stem from mental health issues, I strongly encourage you to seek help from a qualified mental health professional.
